Product features
1. Plates: The positive plate adopts a tubular plate, which can effectively prevent the shedding of active substances. The positive plate frame is formed by die-casting multi-alloy materials, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The negative plate is a paste-coated plate with a special grid structure design, which enhances the utilization rate of active substances and the capacity for high-current discharge, and has a strong charging acceptance capacity.
2. Battery compartment: It is a SAN transparent compartment body, which is corrosion-resistant, has high strength and an attractive appearance. Through its transparent compartment body, the internal structure and status of the battery can be directly observed.
3. Terminal sealing: The embedded copper core die-cast lead base column has a greater current-carrying capacity and corrosion resistance. The terminal post seal structure can effectively eliminate the pressure caused by the elongation of the plates in the later stage, prevent leakage, ensure the reliability of the terminal post seal, and greatly increase the service life of the battery.
4. Acid-proof plug: It adopts a specially designed funnel-shaped acid-proof plug, which has the functions of filtering acid mist and flame retardancy. It is convenient for direct measurement of electrolytic density and temperature, safe to use and easy to maintain.
